We are a West London business, rooted in the heritage and identity of Richmond. That name means something to us — it stands for quality, character, and a standard we refuse to compromise on. We picked Kenyan tea because it is simply some of the best in the world, and we want people here to taste that.

How to brew

Place the bag

Place one Richmond Premium tea bag in your cup. One bag per cup — no doubling up needed.

Add boiling water

Pour freshly boiled water over the bag. Freshly boiled — not reheated. It makes a real difference.

Steep 3–5 minutes

Let it steep for 3 minutes for a lighter cup, up to 5 for something stronger. Trust your taste.

Add milk & sugar

Add milk and sugar to taste. Stir gently and enjoy the flavour, aroma, and refreshing character of Richmond Premium Tea.

Hibiscus and Lemon Tea are also excellent served cold — simply brew, cool, and pour over ice.
